Any unwanted e-liquid must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt and fully sealed. Returns will not be accepted on any opened bottles whether they have been used or not. If you do not have a receipt, your transaction can be found if you are on our loyalty system.

All hardware comes with a 1 month in store warranty. If a fault occurs within the warranty period, we will exchange like for like. However, if there are clear sings that it is not a manufacturing fault and the device has been dropped or mis-used, a refund or exchange may be denied. Proof of purchase will be required.

Using and RDA or RDTA on any device voids your shop warranty.

Outside of the 1 month shop warranty your device is covered by the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to contact the manufacture directly, however we can assist you with this.

ALL faulty hardware must be returned with its original packaging and with its charging lead if applicable.

Store Returns

If you made your purchase in Highworth you will need to return it to the Highworth store. If you made your purchase in South Cerney or Cirencester, you can return it to either Cirencester Vape Co. stores. If purchased through our website, all returns must be made at either our South Cerney or Cirencester stores.
